Although we have seen many changes in the wood craft industry over the years,
the "Creative Individual" is still our main focus.
The Woodcrafter.com warehouse is located in Mooresville, North Carolina. We are open
Monday through Friday 9-5 EST to assist with your purchase or answer any questions.
We almost always get your order packed and shipped within a day or two, but depending on business conditions, this time could be longer.
You should receive an order confirmation immediately upon placing your order and
another e-mail when your items have been processed for shipping that will include your tracking number.
If ever, you do not receive an e-mail
confirmation within 2-3 days saying that your order has been shipped, please call us!
