We are a true small business. We have a group of 8 individuals that work in various capacities within the business. Each employee works and has some experience in all aspects of our business so we can collaborate and bring forth ideas that move our business forward. We are always looking to make changes in how we do business, what products we offer and new technologies that will transform the products that we sell into interesting works of art. We spend time each week developing our skills with our machinery to bring additional product to the market. We work with all of the products that we sell in order to learn about how they are used and develop tips and techniques on how to use the products.

The Woodcrafter.com warehouse is located in Statesville, North Carolina, a suburb of Charlotte. We are here between the hours of 9-4:30 EST, Monday through Friday to assist you with any questions you may have about our products or services.If you call after hours or on the weekend, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
