If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of your invoice date. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days, up to 45 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please mail your package, insured and traceable to the address below. Custom cut products are not a returnable or refundable item unless the product is defective. No refund will be given unless there is an issue with quality.

The bulk wooden items are weighed and spot checked manually. The count is pretty accurate, damaged part count is very low. Counts are up or down by a few pieces. Please plan accordingly. We are unable to reship, if your package of 100 is short one or two beads, screws or other tiny parts. If you would like to take advantage of our low pricing, you must accept our slight damage and shortages. Please understand, if we manually counted everything, the price would need to be higher.
