Continental United States
We primarily ship via UPS or through the United States Postal Service.
Hawaii and Alaska
We ship your order via US Parcel Post or through US Priority Mail. Standard Shipping is for Parcel Post, however if you would like your order shipped faster, include a note with your order and we will gladly ship via priority mail and adjust the shipping charges.
We can ship via UPS Standard or using United States Priority Mail (your choice). Freight charges will be added when you order leaves our facility. Website freight charges are only an estimate. We will use the best, most efficient possible means to ship your order. We have been advised that there might be additional charges via UPS Standard (brokerage fee) as well as customs charges. We are not responsible for these additional charges and do not have any way to calculate who is charged and the amount that is charged, sorry. If you refuse shipment of an International order, the return charges and brokerage fees must be paid by us for the return order. It is likely that the return charges will be more than the amount of your order and we will therefore refuse the return and not credit you back any of your purchase price.
It is our experience that the most cost effective shipping method is United States Global Priority Mail. The freight charges listed on your order form are there only as an estimated freight guide. Even thought the website weight charges are quite close, International orders will be charged according to the actual weight of the packages after they are packaged, not by the prices listed on the website. If there are additional shipping charges, they will be added to your credit card after your order is processed.
Lost International Orders
Postal Orders: Although it does not happen very often, you must realize that we do not file claims on your behalf. If you have a lost or damaged box, shipped Air Parcel Post it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local postal service. Once an international shipment safely leaves the continental United States, it is the responsibility of the receiver. This includes Alaska, Hawaii APO & AE addresses also.
UPS Global Express Services. We are able to fully guarantee the delivery of your package in good condition; however, you must still file the claim.
Address Errors or Non-Delivery
If we are imposed shipping service charges due to your incorrect input on the website, the cost will be extended to you. Please input correct street numbers and zip codes. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your credit card bill is received at another address other than the one listing as shipping address, such as a PO Box, please list that address under the billing address. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3 times to your residence. We do not control whether UPS will leave a package without a signature. If UPS returns the package to us, we incur a charge and will pass that charge on to you. If you would like the package redelivered, we will again charge you to ship the package.
*UPS Ground Service Only* All Aerosol Cans and some adhesive products will be shipped UPS Ground Service to our Continental US Customers Only. Due to Federal Regulations, we are unable to ship Aerosol Cans Using UPS or USPS Expedited Air Services. This Means No Postal, International or Air Shipments of Aerosol Products or Adhesives. The Products included in this Category will be so noted in their Detailed Description. *UPS Ground Service Only*
Faster Shipping Services
We will be very happy to ship your order UPS Next Day Air, 3-day select or second day UPS. However, this does not necessarily mean your order will be placed ahead of those requesting regular ground deliveries. Orders are processed in the order they arrive to us. The Expedited Shipping starts after the order is processed and will speed up ship time. Most orders take 24 to 48 hours for processing. Please call us or refer to the UPS shipping map to see if your order will need to be expedited. Customer service is vital to our company and we try to provide service that exceeds your expectations, so please give us a chance to show us how we can help you!
If you aren't 100% satisfied with the quality of products shipped to you, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date for credit or replacement. Product must be in original packaging and not opened. We cannot accept for return paint or paint brushes and books, plans or magazines.
No credit or refunds after 30 days. No Exceptions! All shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days. If we make a mistake, we will take care of the shipping charges. If you are returning merchandise for some other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If your original order was shipped to you freight free and you need to return the items for whatever reason, the original cost of shipping to you, will be deducted from your credit card reimbursement. All Returns Must Be Pre-approved. There is a restocking charge of 10% that may be imposed.
